Savannah's sidewalks spring to life at 2018 Sidewalk Arts Festival

Watch as brilliant SCAD artists bring a splash of color to scenic Forsyth Park at the 37th annual Sidewalk Arts Festival. SCAD students, alumni and high school students create colorful chalk masterpieces and compete for coveted prizes in this tradition nearly as old as the university itself.

Neon honey bees and a city map. It was a long day and my hands were stained, but it was so great to see Forsyth Park come to life with so many decorated sidewalk squares! Until next year.

other people's bodies

A group exhibition curated by MFA painter Zara Bell. This collaborative show includes work from undergraduate, graduate students, and professors. Exploring the phrase 'other people's bodies' with a range of mediums and stylistic variations in the work the show has become much like a body itself. On view upstairs in the back of Alexander Hall until May 11.
